I didn’t receive the email to set up the password for my account.

Log out of your account and select Lost My Password to reset/set up a password for your account. 

Where can I access my watchlist?

The watchlist feature does not work and is in the process of being removed. Instead, we offer a list of items you’ve recently bid on. This feature is available on the Auctions page after you’ve bid on an item. 

How long will my items take to ship?

We package and ship items within 3 days of a winning bid, and send items out via priority mail. You will receive a tracking number upon shipment. Please keep in mind we only ship within the United States currently.  

What if I want to cancel my bid?

We ask that you only bid on items you’re serious about, but in the event of a mistake, please call us immediately at 804-761-0003 or email kandkswiftauctions@gmail.com.
