Locally Sourced, K&K Swift Auction Sales works with individuals in our local community to bring you unique finds. Our items are available for inspection before bidding if you live locally, but we primarily focus on online auctions.  We are beyond thrilled that you’re here and wish you happy bidding!

Kaily graduated from Shenandoah University with an MBA and a passion to do something big. After working a variety of odd jobs she moved to the northern neck with her fiancé which is where she met Bill. They quickly hit it off and with Bill’s steadfast support and a dream, they started K&K Swift Auction Sales.

Kaily and her fiance have 3 little shelter cats and can’t wait to get married in August 2025. 

 Bill has been attending auctions for 40 years. He has a love for business and wanted to create a place with lower fees and an easy online platform. He also owns Rent-Me Equipment 1 & 2 which he started in 2016. In his free time, he enjoys buying and selling antique cars and tractors. 

You can often find Bill daydreaming about future plans and he’s always looking forward to the next adventure.
